Martial Masters Class Muay Thai / Shooto Stand Up

Shooto has been largely known for its submission system but offers a different approach to its striking than other arts. Join us with Ron Balicki as he takes us through many of the striking variations it has to offer. Shooto is a combat sport, mixed martial art, and hybrid martial art derived from Shoot wrestling. It includes Boxing, Muay Thai, Sambo, Judo, Jiu Jitsu, and Catch Wrestling. This class is available for anyone to register and recordings will be made available afterward.
